Leah is a Philippine Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She has spent more than 10 years working closely with businesses in Myanmar, bringing a deep understanding of both local and cross-border compliance. At SCLV, she leads with a hands-on, solution-focused approach—supporting clients through every stage of their business with clarity, compliance, and confidence

Lewy Ong
Lewy Ong, a Philippine CPA, brings over 10 years of experience in assurance, financial, and advisory services. He has worked across sectors such as financial services, telecom, manufacturing, and oil & gas. Before joining SCLV, He worked with EY in both the Philippines and Myanmar, supporting clients across sectors with finance transformation, automation, and compliance. His expertise in IFRS and US GAAP has helped businesses strengthen controls and manage financial risk effectively.
